We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Development Test Engineer with strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to join our high-performing Test Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and debug software systems, as well as build and maintain automated testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute comprehensive testing for the migration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM V9 to Dynamics CRM Online
Identify and document hazards within software systems using industry-standard analysis tools and techniques
Review and evaluate systems and software for compliance with government or commercial standards, guidelines, and safety directives
Validate design mitigations and confirm implementation in documentation and code
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing systems and harnesses for SQL-based applications and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Perform manual and automated testing, configuration management, statistical analysis, modeling, and data analytics
Develop and execute automated test suites for SQL programmability (stored procedures, functions, triggers)

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree
Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and scripting
Strong understanding of transactional databases and backend systems
Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics
Experience analyzing data and presenting insights to stakeholders
Hands-on experience with programming, SQL, or BI platforms
US citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using test automation tools
Experience configuring, building, and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines
Ability to analyze requirements, develop test plans, estimate test effort, and track progress
Proven experience writing automation scripts to validate large-scale datasets across ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers
Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data testing, validation, and automation
Background in software development

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
