You are:
Technical Architect for the PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Time and Attendance Operations and Maintenance and new initiatives team who is responsible for the technical architecture, including application and database layers, environment management, system performance and security.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervises technical PeopleSoft Administrators, DBA's, and Security team.
Here’s what you need:
- Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Architecture
- Proven technical experience configuring and maintaining multiple PeopleSoft and integrating system environments globally, to support multiple releases and projects.
- Experience supervising teams
- Experience leading PeopleSoft patching and PUM upgrades, including analyzing patches, producing compare report tools, and facilitating drop/ keep analysis
- Ability to develop environment management strategy and manage execution of strategy
- Ability to provide status and demonstrate team's ability to meet SLA's, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Provides innovation and automation to enhance delivery capability and reduce cost.
- Preferred experience with Agile Framework
Bonus Points If:
- Oracle Cloud Integration, AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR or Payroll
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to attain or possesses a Secret security clearance.
