We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ETL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. This role requires expertise in modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
The Work:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or other storage solutions.
- Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through robust testing and validation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ETL development and data engineering.
What you need:
- Proven experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
- Experience with modern frameworks and agile development practices.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
