The work:
- Provide technical oversight in support of both SharePoint and Power Platforms (conduct code reviews, provide expert guidance on architecture).
- Proactively provide recommendations to manage technical debt.
- Recommend and lead innovations and serve in roles such as Enterprise/Systems/Solution Architect in a Scaled Agile environment.
- Recommend development and DevSecOps practices and ensure adherence to practice through reviews.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, guiding the team through technical challenges and ensuring alignment with sprint goals.
- Contribute to the refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the team understands and delivers on technical requirements within the agile framework.
- Responsible for technical guidance, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables produced by the contract team.
Here's what you need:
- 8+ Years experience with SharePoint including SharePoint Server version and SharePoint Online
- 5+ Years experience with Power Platform
- Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI
Required Certifications:
- ITIL V4 Foundation
- Certification in Power Platform
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data fundamentals
Bonus points if you have:
- Obtained relevant Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Experience with ActiveDocs or a similar Document Automation Software
- Experience with Native or 3rd party DevOps solutions such as terraform or Ansible etc.
- Instrumental in leading teams/projects or workstreams where you were a major contributor in decision -making, coaching, mentoring, developing the teams skills and/or managing conflicts
- Experience and responsible for working in a multi-vendor environment building relationships with cross functional entities across the organization to avoid silos

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
