The work:
Your responsibilities may include:
- Serving as a technical lead for teams and projects (code reviews, feedback, branch strategy, defining standards, coaching developers, driving DevSecOps practices)
- Working on a cross‐functional agile team to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements
- Developing customized solutions and applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Designing, coding, and implementing ServiceNow applications and components
- Writing unit tests and ensuring all work meets acceptance criteria
- Establishing development timelines and goals
- Testing application performance, stability, and functionality
- Troubleshooting defects, performing root‐cause analysis, and implementing fixes
- Preparing technical documentation and providing technical training
- Maintaining the security, integrity, and performance of ServiceNow applications
Here's what you need:
- Required certifications:
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer
- ICAgile or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- 2+ Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certifications

- 6+ years as a developer using object‐oriented programming languages (Java, C#, C++)
- 5+ years developing on RDBMS platforms (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MariaDB)
- 5+ years of data modeling experience including custom objects, stored procedures, optimized queries, views, and ETL
- 5+ years developing with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap)
- 5+ years working with JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and APIs supporting low‐code/no‐code platforms
- 3+ years deploying ServiceNow applications
