- Collaborate with other IT team members on infrastructure projects and initiatives using effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
- Apply DISA STIGs to ensure compliance with security standards and policies across all cloud and containerized environments.
- Ensure system designs adhere to DoD security standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Define and execute test plans to verify system functionality against requirements and validate overall system performance.
- Deployed and managed NVIDIA GPUs in a virtualized environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an evolving environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members on best practices, Linux engineering, and virtualization platform management.
Here's what you need:
- 2 years of experience architecting, implementing, and supporting large infrastructures.
- Extensive experience with managing virtualized environments, including hypervisor administration, virtual machine management, networking, and storage.
- Experience with Linux administration and engineering to include but not limited to any of the following: installation, configuration, performance tuning, security hardening, scripting, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

- Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
- Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and other cybersecurity frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows PowerShell automation and Desired State Configuration.
