The work:
Seeking a AEM Technical Lead to be the subject matter expert in AEM development to the client/AFS team. You will be leading a team of 10 developers and 4 AEM platform resources responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java Enterprise Edition.
- Provide SME expertise to developers and level of efforts and analysis in new integration with client applications and new use cases.
- Manage delivery schedule, risks, issues, and escalate appropriately.
- Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java Enterprise Edition to help client modernize services and backend systems to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, utilizing expertise in AEM and Java Enterprise Edition.
- Develop and configure applications using AEM and Java Enterprise Edition, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

- Intermediate experience with frontend development (e.g., HTML5, JavaScript Front End Frameworks)
- Solid understanding of coding standards and best practices
Preferred skills:
- Experience with AEM Forms OSGI
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Acrobat Sign
