Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite software testing during installation and development
- Test various iterations of the project software employed at customer sites and the local development lab
- Support software developers with testing functions of the software during onsite installations at customer locations when necessary
- Use automated testing tools to design/develop automated testing frameworks
- Create and follow manual testing procedures to validate requirements
Here is what you need:
- Prior testing experience
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix based operating systems
- Basic understanding of bash scripting and programming
- Basic understanding of networking and operating systems (HTTP, TCP/IP)
- Experience with Git and/or GitLab as well as VMWare or KVM
Bonus points if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Equivalent military experience
- Familiarity with programming languages (VB, VBScript, Java, C++, Python)
- Experience with Open Source software (Apache Web Server, LibreOffice, etc.)
- Experience with testing tools (Sikulix, Playwright)
Security Clearance:
- Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain TS Clearance
