What you’ll do

  • Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing operations of enterprise mobility and endpoint management solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of mobile and endpoint devices (iOS/iPadOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Windows 365), including provisioning, upgrades, onboarding, and decommissioning.
  • Design and enforce device configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and application deployments to ensure consistent and secure endpoint management.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security controls such as encryption, MFA, Conditional Access, remote wipe, and integrations.
  • Monitor endpoint and mobile security posture, respond to alerts and incidents, and participate in security audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex mobility, endpoint, and Intune-related issues, performing root cause analysis and driving permanent remediation.
  • Partner with End User Support, application, and business teams to optimize enrollment, self-service experiences, application performance, and overall endpoint productivity.
  • Develop automation and tooling using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Intune scripting to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
  • Evaluate emerging endpoint and mobility technologies, working with vendors on standards, procurement, contracts, and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, asset inventory, and operational reporting on device compliance, usage, patching, and performance for stakeholders.

What’s required

  • 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise mobility and endpoint management.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and related MDM platforms in a production enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting iOS/iPadOS, Android (corporate and BYOD), Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security and zero-trust principles with a solid understanding of Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint security.
  • Experience working in hybrid Active Directory and Group Policy environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and automation for endpoint management.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong end-user service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction and experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and lead the team to troubleshoot complex issues across the firm, provide root cause analyses, and make recommendations to mitigate future risk while maintaining composure and focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on a broad range of issues, tasks and occasional weekend work/on call rotation as required.

The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$245,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
