You are:
The AWS Solutions Architect will apply technical knowledge and expertise across multiple teams to architect and design solutions that meet business and IT needs, create solution roadmaps, drive POCs/MVPs, ensure long-term technical viability of cloud migrations, leveraging key technologies where appropriate.
The work:
- Collaborate within a project team to solve complex problems
- Create scripts and templates for automatic provisioning of resources
- Enjoy learning new technologies quickly
- Design and Deploy Cloud services in a high-performance production environment
- Ability to work independently on project tasks
- Involved in a workstream(s) where you were an active contributor and can talk to the progress
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of experience ideating, architecting, consulting, designing, developing, leading, and delivering cloud infrastructure and cloud application platform technology solutions over the entire lifecycle of large-scale, multi-team, complex enterprise projects
- 8 years of experience in more than one of the following technical domains:
- Core Infrastructure
- Application Development
- Data and Analytics, and Low Code/No Code
- Must have the following certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
Bonus points if you have:
- Worked on or implemented a Cloud migration project
- Obtained relevant Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Worked with container and serverless technologies (ie: AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, Azure Functions etc)
- Exposure to DevOps Methodologies by using orchestration tools (ie: Chef, Ansible, etc.)
- One more thing, this role requires US Citizenship

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
