Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud System Administrator to join our team and support our client near the Orlando, FL areaa.
What you’ll be doing:
- Implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and documenting system configurations (Win 2016/2019 & RHEL 7/8)
- Hardening systems to meet security standards
- Maintaining COTS & GOTS software
- Sustaining production systems (i.e., firewalls, file servers, security monitoring systems, etc.) that serve many end users
- Interfacing with customers in writing and via telephone to provide technical guidance designed to quickly resolve reported problems
- Coordinating tasks amongst disperate systems to maintain project schedule
- Coordinate team member activities
What you’ll need:
- 4 years of general systems administration experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities
- 3 years of experience performing Windows or Linux system administration duties
- Experience supporting a cloud environment (AWS preferred) to include delivering, securing/managing, and diagnosing/troubleshooting complex issues
- Experience in a DevSecOps environment (e.g., working with configuration management tools, applying automation & infrastructure as code concepts)
Bonus points if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Discipline, or 4 years of equivalent professional or military experience can be used in lieu of degree requirements
- Ansible, PowerShell, and/or Bash Scripting experience
- Jira Software & JQL
- Microsoft Identity & Access Management Configuration experience
- Familiarity with Group Policy Object Management
- Familiarity with configuration management and engineering life-cycle best practices
- Working knowledge of Certificate/CA/PKI Infrastructure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance with willingness to take a polygraph
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:$108,400—$203,400 USD
