About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies for our consumer business at DoorDash. The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.
About the Role
The Consumer Integrated Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role will report into the Occasions + Merchant Launches Marketing Lead and play a key role in developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns designed to drive incremental volume and active users. The Manager, Integrated Marketing, Consumer – Merchant Launches will lead consumer marketing efforts for high-profile merchant launches across all verticals, including retail, grocery, beauty, apparel, home, and emerging categories. This role will develop integrated go-to-market strategies that introduce customers to new merchants and selection on DoorDash, drive adoption of new shopping behaviors, and unlock incremental demand for the platform.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of merchant launches ranging from marquee national brands to emerging strategic partners, prioritizing marketing resources and tailoring support based on business impact, strategic importance, and customer opportunity.
In this role, you will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring new merchants to market through impactful campaigns that drive both merchant and DoorDash business goals. You'll work across a mix of established brands and new growth opportunities, helping shape how customers discover and engage with DoorDash's expanding marketplace.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...
Lead Merchant Launch Strategy & Execution
- Drive the strategic planning for merchant launch campaigns, developing integrated marketing plans that introduce customers to new merchants, categories, and shopping occasions on DoorDash.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution—from identifying business objectives and customer opportunities, to defining value propositions, setting goals, briefing creative teams, reviewing assets, launching campaigns, and reporting on results.
- Develop scalable go-to-market frameworks and playbooks that can be applied across merchant launches while tailoring approaches for high-priority strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities to unlock new customer use cases, increase awareness of DoorDash's expanding selection, and drive incremental demand across the marketplace.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent merchant launches with varying levels of complexity, developing prioritization frameworks and recommending the appropriate level of marketing support based on business goals, launch scale, and expected customer impact.
Manage Merchant Relationships & Partnerships
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for external merchant partners, building strong relationships and maintaining day-to-day communication throughout launch planning and execution.
- Facilitate campaign reviews, approvals, and stakeholder alignment with merchant marketing teams to ensure successful launch execution.
- Develop co-marketing opportunities and joint activation plans that maximize impact for both DoorDash and merchant partners.
- Share campaign results, insights, and recommendations with merchant partners, helping strengthen long-term relationships and identify future growth opportunities.
Drive Cross-Functional Leadership
- Operate as a "general manager" within the marketing organization, ensuring integrated and cohesive launch plans across channels and teams while balancing merchant, customer, and DoorDash business goals.
- Partner closely with Strategy & Operations, CRM, Paid Media, Creative, Communications, Analytics, Finance, and Product teams to bring launch campaigns to life.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress against goals, surfacing risks early, and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Help establish launch marketing processes, planning cadences, and intake frameworks that enable the team to efficiently scale support across an expanding portfolio of merchant launches.
- Help prioritize marketing investments and resources across a portfolio of merchant launches to maximize business impact.
We’re excited about you because you have...
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
- 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably with a mix of integrated marketing, partnership marketing, category marketing, product marketing, or retail marketing.
- Experience developing and executing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
- Experience managing external stakeholders, partners, brands, retailers, or advertisers, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence without direct authority.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
- The ability to think about the business like a GM, drive forward highly cross-functional projects like a product manager, and understand how to speak to our consumer like a seasoned marketer.
- Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills and are able to organize critical info both to senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging data and consumer insights to make decisions while maintaining a strong bias for action in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset - you enjoy building new processes, solving ambiguous problems, and finding creative solutions with limited resources.
- A love for collaborating and working on a team with extensive cross-functional experience partnering with groups across marketing (CRM, paid media, creative, etc), as well as analytics, product, operations, business development, and partner organizations.
- Experience working with retailers, consumer brands, marketplaces, partnerships, or merchant-facing organizations is a plus.
We expect this position to be filled by 8/11/26.

- Drive adoption of operational best practices across observability, schema design, capacity planning, and cost optimization across storage systems.
- Promote clarity and continuity by contributing to solutioning playbooks, decision logs, and architectural documentation.
We’re excited about you because...
- You have 10+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed data systems, with deep expertise in NoSQL technologies like Apache Cassandra, DynamoDB, or ScyllaDB.
- You have a strong command of distributed system concepts such as replication, partitioning, tunable consistency, and failure recovery.
- You’ve led data modeling efforts for high-throughput, low-latency workloads and understand the real-world trade-offs involved in NoSQL schema design.
- You are experienced with caching technologies like Redis or Memcached and know how to layer them effectively over storage systems to optimize for performance and cost.
- You have a customer-first mindset, and thrive when working closely with product and platform teams to translate complex requirements into clean, scalable data models.
- You are skilled at communicating complex architecture decisions and building alignment across infrastructure and product engineering organizations.
- You have a track record of mentoring engineers, influencing data architecture at scale, and fostering best practices in reliability, observability, and data access patterns.
- You document decisions, share learnings, and take pride in contributing to reusable playbooks and durable frameworks for others to build upon.
- Bonus: You’ve worked on or contributed to open-source distributed databases.
