The Data Infrastructure & Analytics team builds foundational datasets and analytics services that enable BI and data science across CoreWeave. We seek to democratize insights and foster a culture where data-driven decision-making thrives at every level.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our data team. In this role, you'll own our executive reporting capabilities, define and implement data visualization standards, and ensure our senior leadership and stakeholders have clear, insightful, and actionable information. You'll collaborate closely with data engineering, data science, product, finance, and operational teams, using your expert visualization and analysis skills to elevate data-driven decision-making across the company.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Establish and enforce data visualization and analysis standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand their reporting needs and translate them into robust and scalable BI solutions.
- Own end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, visualization, and distribution.
- Continuously improve existing BI tools and infrastructure, driving efficiency and consistency in executive reporting.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and relevance, enabling timely strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- You thrive in a fast-paced, complex, work environment and you love tackling hard problems.
- Expert proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Expertise querying MPP databases for analytics (StarRocks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
- Advanced SQL skills, with a strong ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries.
- 5+ years of scripting experience in Python or Scala.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to create compelling, clear visualizations and dashboards tailored for senior executives and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Airflow for batch orchestration distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Flink is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $139,000 - $185,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
