You are:
The Lead Technical Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. This role involves analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and reviewing computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.
- Assess user requirements, procedures, and problems to identify opportunities for automation or system improvement.
- Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and recommend system modifications to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Ensure that the computer systems meet the organization's needs and are aligned with business goals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and other team members.
- Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Document system processes, configurations, and changes for future reference and compliance purposes.
Here's what you need:
- 8 years of experience in analyzing one or more of the following areas: Cloud, Database, Cybersecurity, Development, Automation, or IT
- Bachelor’s Degree (additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of the Degree)
- Strong understanding of data processing in science, engineering, and business contexts
- Experience analyzing user requirements and procedures to identify system improvements
- Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience with specific industry-related computer systems and software
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in system analysis and design
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiar with Oracle Database as a Service (ODaaS), Enterprise SQL Server Database Services (ESDBS), Security-Threat Assessment and Review Services (S-TARS), and Rapid Application Deployment and Resilience (RADAR) services

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
