The work:
- Own and execute comprehensive server firmware deployment cycles, including designing and standardizing queries, collaborating with deployment teams, and ensuring successful deployment at scale.
- Analyze deployment logs, monitor progress, and address incidents to optimize deployment velocity while minimizing risks.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain firmware deployment infrastructure, ensuring alignment with public infrastructure and adapting to airgap cloud requirements.
- Manage on-call rotations to resolve high- and low-severity incidents, leveraging expertise in Azure, hardware, and software tools.
- Support and debug servers, control-plane devices, and services in airgap cloud environments while collaborating with uncleared service teams.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming, PowerShell, Bash, Python, and PKI.
- Proficiency with Azure Data Explorer/KQL and Azure Services.
- Experience with large-scale system administration and deployment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with firmware deployment in airgap cloud environments.
- Strong analytical skills for log analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Eligibility requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with poly required
- Valid U.S. passport required
