We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our Azure infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and test infrastructure as code in Azure
- Create Virtual Network (VNets)
- Design Network Security Groups (NSG) and subnets
- Deploy and maintain the Resource groups and other Cloud Infrastructure components
- Develop code using JSON scripting, PowerShell, Azure API calls and use the Azure Management Console
- Create and manage Cloud Infrastructure build and migration plans for major product releases, maintenance releases and platform upgrades
- Assist with development of automated deployment projects (Chef) for rapid implementation of Cloud Infrastructure
- Work within a Scrum team contributing to infrastructure build
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of the Degree)
- 8 years of overall cloud and/or IT experience
- 3 years of Azure experience
- Experience with one or more of the following Azure services: Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL Database, VNet, Azure AD, Azure Functions, and more.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Resource Manager
- Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).
- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
