Senior Cloud Security Architect

We’re looking for a Senior Security Architect to help shape and lead the security architecture of our products, platforms, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineering and product teams to ensure security is baked into every layer — from design to deployment — while aligning with business goals and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

Lead security architecture across cloud platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
Partner with product and engineering to define secure design patterns and embed security throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct security reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments for infrastructure and application projects.
Promote a “Shift-Left” culture by integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and agile practices.
Provide strategic guidance on crypto, Web3, and digital asset security.
Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment (PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience in cloud security architecture or product security.
Deep knowledge of AWS, cloud-native environments, and security pillars of the Well-Architected Framework.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Solid grasp of security protocols (OAuth2.0, SAML, OIDC), encryption standards, and secure API design.
Strong communication skills — comfortable aligning stakeholders across technical and non-technical areas.

Bonus Points

CISSP, CISM, or AWS Security Specialty certifications.
Experience in fintech, banking, or crypto infrastructure.
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and/or long term incentives. US-Based Base Compensation$124,800—$234,000 USD
