You Are:
In this role, you will lead product engineering for a federal ICAM program. You will oversee product teams delivering SSO, directory, IGA, and PAM services to a large organization. Across these teams, you will architect and manage delivery of holistic solutions to meet customer requirements. You will ensure consistent, quality delivery by guiding teams through difficulties, escalating issues, and removing external hindrances.
Role Duties & Responsibilities
- Work across ICAM workstreams to architect and deliver solutions to serve a complex enterprise with on-premises and cloud applications
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Directly manage strategic initiatives for the program
- Serve as a trusted advisor for your team and review deliverables to ensure quality
- Educate about and advocate industry standard best practices
- Stay current with new ICAM technologies and products and make recommendations for their use
Here's What You Need:
- Experience At least 8 years of experience designing and implementing identity solutions across two or more of the following areas:
- Access Management
- Directory Services
- Identity Governance and Administration
- Privileged Access Management
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team
- Knowledge Comprehensive knowledge of:
- ICAM functions and implementation principles
- ICAM’s place in a Zero Trust security architecture
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Personnel management
- Thorough knowledge of:
- At least one major cloud service provider (CSP), i.e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Networking • Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
- Privileged access management (PAM)
- General knowledge of:
- Organizational change management (OCM)
- Single sign-on (SSO)
- Security compliance
Bonus Points If:
- Possession of an advanced, industry-standard cybersecurity certification, such as (ISC)2 CISSP, ISACA CISM
- Experience working in the Department of Defense
- Possession of a US government security clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
