Job Description:
AFS is seeking a Cloud Architect to support an exciting national security mission.
The Work:
- Designing and architecting robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions using AWS and/or Azure tailored to meet specific business needs and requirements
- Directs and oversees the enterprise infrastructure of an organization
- Schedules and develops plans to consider current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth
- Oversees the design and implementation of information systems that support the organization's enterprise infrastructure
- Develops the policies and procedures utilized in the design and maintenance of an organization's enterprise infrastructure
- Utilizes performance reports to continuously monitor the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance
Here's what you need:
- 10+ years of related experience, to include at least 5 years experience in a managerial/leadership role
- Minimum of CompTIA Sec+ certification
- Strong knowledge of cloud solutions included but not limited to AWS, OpenStack and Microsoft Azure products
- Demonstrated experience using tools like OpenStack, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Possess one active mid-level or advanced cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
- Demonstrated Cloud Architecture Design experience
Bonus points if you have:
- A Master's Degree
- A Polygraph
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI and be willing to obtain CI Poly; Polygraph preferred upon start

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
