You Are:

The Technology Delivery Lead will drive successful end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform logical database (re)design, develop within-database code (e.g., PLSQL), and develop web app UI and services within MS SQL Server, Oracle databases and their associated stack (e.g., OS, Web and App Servers)
Maintain and refactor existing applications
Design new applications with user interfaces or applications that provide services to other consuming applications

Requirements:

3+ years of experience leading or managing technology delivery project(s) or program(s)
1+ years of experience in agile delivery as Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
Product Owner (PO) or PO Proxy experience is a plus
Experienced in Agile framework, such as Scrum, and/or Kanban
Familiarity with basic principles of agile software engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, BDD, TDD, etc.)

Nice to Have:

The following certifications are preferred:
- Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, etc.)
- Scrum Master Certification (e.g. CSM, SAFe SM, etc.)
- Product Owner Certification (e.g. CSPO, SAFe PM/PO, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Eligibility Requirements:

US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Interim Secret Clearance required
Must be local to Arlington, VA and willing to work onsite one day per week

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:$108,400—$203,400 USD
