You Are:

The Oracle Operations Tier III Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day Tier III support operations, including responding to critical calls during business hours and bringing in appropriate technical staff for resolution.

The work:

Manage the ticket queue and auxiliary work efforts
Manage SOP creation and root cause analysis efforts
Work with cross-program leadership to better align development work to improve system functionality and meet the needs of the customer base

Here's what you need:

4+ years of hands-on experience with operations support and delivery
Experience supporting Tier III incident and advanced troubleshooting, particularly with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload
Ability to mentor and lead junior team members

Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certified in ITIL Foundation or higher

Eligibility Requirements:

US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Interim Secret Clearance required
Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA one day per week

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:$108,400—$203,400 USD
