Your Role at impact.com:

As an Integrations Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of technical solutions for clients on the impact.com SaaS platform. You will oversee the end-to-end integration process, acting as a senior technical advisor to both internal teams and high-value client stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, refining operational processes, and ensuring that clients go live efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the design and integration of technical solutions for high-tier and enterprise-level clients.
  • Technical Discovery: Lead advanced technical discovery sessions to deeply understand client requirements and propose complex, optimal solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and create operational processes to improve the efficiency and quality of the onboarding experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Onboarding, Client Success, and Engineering leadership to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
  • Documentation & Standards: Direct the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical integration documentation and best practice guides.
  • Escalation & Troubleshooting: Act as the senior point of contact for resolving critical technical issues encountered during the client onboarding lifecycle.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical support to junior Integration Engineers to foster team growth and technical proficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Experienced Leader: Proven performance in Integration Management, Sales Engineering, or Software Development, specifically in an external customer-facing capacity.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced practical experience with web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
  • Solution-Oriented: Phenomenal problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a natural curiosity for solving complex customer challenges.
  • Strategic Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pair technical expertise with a customer-centric, professional presence.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and challenges involved in designing client solutions; familiarity with affiliate and digital marketing is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 4-6+ years of experience in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology company (expanded from the Engineer I requirement).

Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
