CoreWeave powers the creation and delivery of the intelligence that drives innovation.

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our Observability Platform - the backbone of transparency, reliability, and performance for our AI Cloud. This platform powers how CoreWeave and our customers understand, troubleshoot, and optimize their infrastructure, from metal to model.

You will define and scale the systems that collect, analyze, and surface telemetry data across every layer of our stack - hardware, networking, storage, Kubernetes, managed services and customer AI workloads. Your work will enable both internal engineering teams and external users to derive actionable insights, automate reliability, and differentiate CoreWeave as the cloud purpose-built for AI.

As a Staff PM, you’ll operate at both strategic and architectural levels: setting long-term product vision, driving alignment across multiple engineering and platform teams, and ensuring our observability ecosystem enables the speed, reliability, and insight required to power the next generation of AI workloads.

About The Role:

  • Own the Observability Platform roadmap including telemetry ingestion, querying, visualization, and alerting - ensuring it scales to meet the needs of thousands of GPU clusters and customers.
  • Develop and drive a cohesive strategy for Observability that aligns with CoreWeave’s broader infrastructure and customer experience goals.
  • Lead cross-functional execution, collaborating with engineering, SRE, UX/UI, ML Reliability, and product teams to deliver an integrated and high-performing observability experience.
  • Champion the infrastructure and developer persona, understanding their workflows and building the tools that help them diagnose, optimize, and automate with confidence.
  • Evolve the product surface area across CoreWeave Grafana, Logs & Metrics APIs, Telecaster telemetry forwarding, and future areas such as distributed tracing and data retention.
  • Balance performance, scale, and usability, defining key metrics and establishing feedback loops to continuously improve reliability, latency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Shape internal standards and architecture, ensuring observability-by-design principles are embedded across CoreWeave’s product portfolio.
  • Stay ahead of industry and AI trends, understanding both the observability ecosystem (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Tempo, etc.) and how AI workloads reshape data collection, visualization, and insight needs.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced - 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ in observability, monitoring, or developer platform domains.
  • Technically strong - Deep understanding of telemetry pipelines, time-series data systems, and observability frameworks (metrics, logs, traces, events).
  • AI-aware - You understand the unique needs of customers building and scaling AI workloads, and how observability systems can unlock visibility into model and infrastructure performance
  • Strategic and hands-on - Comfortable defining long-term vision while diving into APIs, dashboards, and developer use cases to refine product direction.
  • Empathetic to engineering workflows -You’ve built tools for infrastructure, DevOps, or ML engineering teams and understand how to turn pain points into elegant, scalable systems.
  • Collaborative and influential - Proven ability to align multiple product and engineering teams toward shared goals, and to communicate clearly across technical and executive audiences.
  • Data-driven - Skilled in using metrics, experimentation, and user feedback to guide prioritization and measure success.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with GPU-based workloads, Kubernetes telemetry, or ML observability ecosystems (Weights & Biases, MLflow, etc.).
