The work:
As a key member of a cross-functional team, you’ll work closely with business analysts, product owners, testers, and architects to implement high‐quality features and enhancements. You will support testing, deployment, documentation, and troubleshooting efforts while ensuring the stability, integrity, and scalability of ServiceNow applications.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Working within a cross‐functional agile delivery team to analyze and implement user stories and features
- Developing customized solutions and applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Designing, coding, and implementing ServiceNow components
- Writing unit tests and ensuring work meets all acceptance criteria
- Creating development timelines and milestones
- Testing application stability, functionality, and performance
- Troubleshooting defects, performing root‐cause analysis, and implementing fixes
- Preparing technical documentation and providing technical training
- Ensuring application integrity, security, and adherence to best practices
Here's what you need:
- Active certifications including:
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master
- 1+ Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certifications
- CompTIA Security+ (as applicable)

- 3+ years as a developer using object‐oriented programming languages (Java, C#, C++)
- 3+ years developing on RDBMS platforms (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MariaDB)
- 3+ years developing with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap)
- 3+ years working with JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and APIs that support low‐code/no‐code platforms
- 2+ years deploying ServiceNow applications
