Tester – Automation & User Acceptance Testing
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Tester specializing in Test Script Development and Automation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Agile frameworks, cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, and the ability to drive testing automation and performance testing. This role will also support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) automation planning, ensuring seamless integration of new code releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure system reliability and performance. Drive the implementation of testing automation best practices across projects.
- Collaborate in an Agile framework, working closely with development and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct performance testing to validate system scalability and efficiency.
- Support UAT automation planning to ensure thorough testing of new code releases.
- Engage in testing activities for applications including Java, .Net, databases, and infrastructure deployment using automated tools.
- Work with technologies and tools like AWS, Azure, and Vantage to ensure all testing processes meet industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in test automation, performance testing, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience with application testing, including Java, .Net, and database/infrastructure deployment testing.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS and Azure).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Vantage.
- Proven track record in supporting UAT automation planning and execution.
- Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
- You must live local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Friday

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
