The Work:

Work closely with developers, professional services team, product managers, architects and release managers to define and lead the automated testing components that will be used to validate requirements against developed software. Must be familiar with test automation framework, java deployment technologies, and testing process and quality improvement.

Here is what you need:

10+ years of experience leading a team with automated test coding experience using Java (or development experience with C++ or C#)
Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD); Behavior Driven Development (Cucumber); Java (including frameworks such as Spring and Springboot); and open-source automation tools such as Selenium/Serenity/Cucumber
Experience with Serenity and/or Cucumber - Experience with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases
Knowledge/Experience in the following tools: IBM Rational ClearCase, IBM Automation Rational Functional Tester Eclipse Integration, IBM Data Studio
Experience with SQL, OBIEE and Oracle Databases Preferred: - Experience in a large scale Federal IT Program
Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework
Experience authoring detailed test plans for both functional and regression testing, documenting test results, and training documents.
Experience gathering and developing test metrics and briefing PMs on key data points

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:$88,600—$178,600 USD
