As a Full Stack Engineering Lead, you will help design and build new cloud‐native product features and enhance existing ones. You will work with AI‐powered development tools, automated instrumentation, and modern product development practices. Experience with AI tools—such as frontier models from OpenAI, Claude, or Google—and code assistants for developing, testing, and integrating enterprise solutions is preferred.
The Work:
You will identify opportunities to improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and cloud modernization. You will design scalable services, engaging user interfaces, and robust APIs using Java or similar languages, and demonstrate strong knowledge of distributed systems and AWS cloud development. You will also contribute to best practices in development and automated testing. This role requires working in a fast‐paced, client‐facing, cross‐functional environment.
You will be responsible for building end‐to‐end features for web applications and enterprise search platforms, from user experience through backend implementation. You will apply modern technologies to deliver innovative, cloud‐first solutions that improve client services and user experience.
Here Is What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 10 years’ relevant experience; OR 12 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
- Professional experience leading a development team and mentoring junior developers.
- Experience with Java and TypeScript across both front‐end (Angular, React) and back‐end technologies (Node.js).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, APIs, jQuery, Angular, React, Node.js, and CI/CD.
- Experience developing in an AWS environment.
- Ability to lead feature development from ideation through production deployment, ensuring security and high performance.
- Strong skills in design, coding, debugging, and delivering high‐quality software.
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with Okta, GitLab, and additional JavaScript tooling.
- AWS certification.
- Background in Agile software development.
