What You’ll Do:
You’ll be part of CoreWeave’s Talent Acquisition team, focused on recruiting top-tier technical talent to support our rapidly growing engineering organization. Your work will help ensure a high-quality candidate experience while building strong pipelines to support CoreWeave’s growth.
About the Role:
As a Technical Recruiter at CoreWeave, you’ll spend your days connecting top talent with exciting opportunities, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and engineering teams to understand role requirements, evaluate candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Your work will involve building pipelines, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers while keeping candidates engaged and informed. Day-to-day, you’ll combine strategy, relationship-building, and hands-on recruiting to help scale CoreWeave’s technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
- Use various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.) to source and identify top technical talent (Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Engineers, IT & Security, etc).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, technical skills, and role-specific qualifications.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing technical candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Engage with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and to encourage top talent to join the organization.
- Interview & Assessment:
- Coordinate technical interviews, including coding challenges, whiteboard exercises, and other assessments as required.
- Work with engineering teams to evaluate candidate technical skills.
- Offer & Negotiation:
- Present job offers to candidates, providing detailed explanations of benefits, compensation, and job responsibilities.
- Negotiate salary and other terms while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and leadership regarding recruitment progress and challenges.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and the latest tools and techniques for sourcing technical talent.
- Continuously optimize recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Who You Are:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as an Engineer Recruiter or similar role in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of recruiting for technical positions (software engineers, developers, DevOps, Cloud Platform API, Metal Dev Infrastructure Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Fleet Reliability Operations Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.).
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, development frameworks, and industry-specific tools (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Prometheus, Grafana, Linux, GPUs, Storage, Observability, Kubernetes).
- Ability to conduct basic technical interviews or collaborate effectively with technical interviewers.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade technical candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
