You Are:

The SAP Extensibility Architect will be tasked with the critical role of designing and implementing robust SAP solutions that cater to the unique needs of the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leveraging your deep understanding of both front-end and back-end SAP development to design extensions that are seamlessly integrated and highly functional. You will be expected to navigate the complexities of the SAP extensibility framework, choosing the most appropriate approach—be it Key User Extensibility, Side-by-Side extensions, or On-Stack extensions—to meet the specific requirements of each object.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design solutions using the full range of SAP extensibility techniques, including Key User Extensibility, Adaptability Framework, BTP, RESTful ABAP, Fiori/SAPUI5, Classic Extensibility (BADIs, User Exits), Odata and CDS Views
Design and coordinate the implementation of on-stack and side-by-side extensions
Understand and adhere to SAP Clean Core principles
Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
Define and implement enterprise-wide UX strategies, following Fiori design guidelines and principles

Requirements:

7 + years of experience in SAP Design and Development of extensions
Experience in Fiori and SAPUI5 design and implementation extensions requiring the adaptation of Fiori apps
Experience in OData will be crucial for customizing OData services
Experience in ABAP Objects and SAPUI5 JavaScript
Experience with RESTful ABAP programming paradigm
Experience with CDS (Core Data Services) views and the SAP virtual data model

Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), specifically, executing Side-by-Side extensions that enhance the capabilities of the SAP ecosystem without disrupting the core
Experience with S/4 Hana

Eligibility Requirements:

US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Willingness and ability to obtain government Public Trust clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:$126,300—$243,100 USD
