The work:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX)
- Support multiple mission-critical systems across various business domains, working closely with stakeholders to ensure system performance, usability, and alignment with agency goals
- Provide mentorship, lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to architecture decisions
- Design and implement scalable, user-friendly, and secure applications supporting Oracle
Here’s what you need:
- 5+ years of Oracle APEX application development experience
- Development experience with PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Experience with Agile & Scrum
- Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI
Bonus points if you have:
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and PL/SQL code.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Certifications:
- Oracle Application Express (APEX) Developer Certified Expert
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
- Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
- Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
