You are:
Technical Lead and Architect managing PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Time and Attendance Systems, including operations and maintenance. This lead will also oversee the technical solution for any new initiatives. This encompasses the technical architecture, including application and database layers, environment management, system performance and security.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the technical lead for Peoplesoft application development and support initiatives, including HCM
- Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations, enhancements, and integrations
- Collaborating with Delivery Leads to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Manage overall quality of technical delivery
- Coordinate system patches, upgrades, and PeopleTools updates with functional and infrastructure teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PeopleSoft applications and integrations
- Prepare technical documentation, impact analysis, and support documentation
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance testing
- Supervises technical PeopleSoft Administrators, DBA's, and Security team
Here’s what you need:
- 7+ experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Architecture
- Proven technical experience configuring and maintaining multiple PeopleSoft and integrating system environments globally, to support multiple releases and projects.
- Experience supervising teams
- Experience leading PeopleSoft patching and PUM upgrades, including analyzing patches, producing compare report tools, and facilitating drop/keep analysis
- Ability to develop environment management strategy and manage execution of strategy
- Ability to provide status and demonstrate team's ability to meet SLA's, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Provides innovation and automation to enhance delivery capability and reduce cost
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Active Secret clearance
Nice to have:
- Oracle Cloud Integration, AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR or Payroll
- Experience with Agile Framework

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
