MongoDB’s mission is to empower innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data. We enable organizations of all sizes to easily build, scale, and run modern applications by helping them modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unleash AI. Our industry-leading developer data platform, MongoDB Atlas, is the only globally distributed, multi-cloud database and is available in more than 115 regions across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Atlas allows customers to build and run applications anywhere—on premises, or across cloud providers. With offices worldwide and over 175,000 new developers signing up to use MongoDB every month, it’s no wonder that leading organizations, like Samsung and Toyota, trust MongoDB to build next-generation, AI-powered applications.

To capture this market, we offer a broad set of data management tools, such as Atlas Search, Atlas Vector Search, and Atlas Stream Processing. These expansion products are key pillars of our transformation from database to data platform. Atlas Search unlocks unrivaled productivity for application developers by allowing them to seamlessly search over their data sets to build compelling search experiences with the simplicity of an all-in-one solution. Atlas Vector Search, including our recently announced acquisition of VoyageAI, enables developers to harness the power of Generative AI by making it easy to integrate proprietary data with large language models that enable highly accurate (i.e., less hallucination), intelligent, and interactive experiences. Atlas Stream Processing enables businesses to react to and extract insights from streams of data in real-time by simplifying the processing and validation of complex continuous event data. We’re building out the internal team responsible for transforming how we go to market in order to take advantage of the tailwinds from these three expansion products and beyond.

We are seeking a Platform Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM) Senior Associate to support strategic and operational initiatives for expansion products. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, analytics, sales, and our go to market operations teams, working closely with internal stakeholders and our senior executive team to identify and solve complex business problems. This is a high exposure role with partnerships across and at all levels of the organization, all the way up to the CEO.

To be successful you should be a driven self-starter who is able to communicate clearly and effectively with leadership and successfully manage multiple priorities. You take tasks from start to finish, are able to deliver value quickly, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in New York City for our hybrid working model
