What You'll Do:

CoreWeave’s Internal IT team is responsible for empowering the organization with reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions. We support a rapidly growing distributed workforce, administer a diverse ecosystem of SaaS and infrastructure tools, and partner closely with Security, Engineering, and People Ops to ensure seamless identity, access, and device lifecycle management. The team operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where high-quality support, strong automation, and thoughtful system design are core to our success.

About the Role:

As an IT Specialist III, you will play a key role in managing and scaling CoreWeave’s daily internal IT operations. You’ll provide hands-on support across identity management, endpoint configuration, SaaS administration, VDI environments, and office technology. In this role, you’ll balance operational excellence with continuous improvement—contributing to automation, process optimization, and systems reliability as the company grows. You will partner cross-functionally to deliver a secure, performant, and consistent experience for all CoreWeave employees.

Who You Are:

  • 4–6 years of progressive IT systems experience in fast-paced or cloud-native environments.
  • Deep technical expertise across Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems.
  • Proven experience administering and automating with Okta, Jamf, Intune, and Freshservice (or comparable tools).
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, device compliance, MDM, EDR, and cloud security fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience using Terraform or other IaC tools for automation and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to administer and troubleshoot VDI environments, workstations, and office IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across systems, SaaS platforms, and network layers.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts or containerized environments (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain documentation and follow repeatable processes that support scalability.
  • Comfortable participating in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support.

Preferred:

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Exposure to SOC2, ISO27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Experience designing or integrating automation workflows using APIs or orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of office network topology and physical infrastructure setup.
  • Technical writing or internal training experience.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • You love building and improving scalable internal systems that directly impact employee productivity.
  • You’re curious about automation, infrastructure-as-code, and reducing operational workloads through smart tooling.
  • You’re an expert in diagnosing complex cross-system issues and designing long-term, reliable solutions.
