Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more IAM platforms such as Saviynt, CyberArk, SailPoint, or Okta, along with hands-on experience in authentication protocols like LDAP, SAML, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working with IAM platforms such as Saviynt, CyberArk, SailPoint, or Okta.
Proficiency with authentication protocols and directory services, including LDAP, SAML, and Azure AD.
Hands-on experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM).
Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions and integrations (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).

Preferred Skills:

Programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Java).
Knowledge of security monitoring tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or Elastic.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications (e.g., Saviynt, CyberArk Defender, SailPoint Certified IdentityNow).

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
