You Are: MS Dynamics Developer
The Work
You will design, develop, administer, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications across a modern cloud‐based environment. This includes maintaining existing CRM configurations, building new customizations, developing plugins and workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring that CRM capabilities meet business and security requirements. You will work within an Agile team structure, supporting iterative development, testing, and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‐to‐day administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, including security, role management, and system configuration.
- Develop and maintain custom CRM components, including plugins, workflows, web services, entity‐relationship customizations, and reports.
- Perform CRM plug‐in development using XRM Toolkit and maintain code quality through established standards and best practices.
- Manage CRM integrations using Web Services APIs, third‐party tools, and RESTful service patterns.
- Support backend services and UI components including web applications, function apps, and Azure Key Vault integrations.
- Apply database design principles and coding best practices across MS SQL Server–based CRM components.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, and release readiness.
- Use GitHub for source control, branching, pull requests, and code review workflows.
Here’s What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 7 additional years of relevant experience.
- Experience with programming, SQL, or a BI platform.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment or with development/testing activities.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. Candidates not meeting minimum qualifications will not be considered.
